• The new D-Vario diaphragm chuck will be used for grinding of the holes and faces of gears. I has a clamping kit, which allows the machining of different gears. The particular customer´s advance is the high flexibility, cause the customer can clamp different gears with the same type of jaws. Short set up times ensures high productivity.

  • NEW: The SJL 6-jaw chuck ensures highest accuracy for clamping of easy deformed workpieces. The SJL performs highest radial and axial clamping accuracy. It´s adjustable to 6 jaw (2+2+2) or true 6 jaw clamping. The SJL is fully sealed and oil bath lubricated. Due to the centrifugal force compensation the chuck is ideal for high speeds. The new SJL is available on stock now!

  • The new EM-S ensures highest accuracy and high torque transmission by means of fixed mandrel body. The EM-S has an active pull down by the axial clamping movement of the clamping sleeve. There is a clamping sleeve quick change for short setup times. The EM-S is available on stock in 3 sizes (clamping dia. 18-80mm).
